The marketing team We're a small, hands-on team full of energy, creativity, and collaboration, playing a key role in Doctrin's growth. Over the past few years, we've built a strong foundation with a structured marketing funnel, clear product storytelling, and a growing library of customer cases. Our Digital Marketing Manager is going on parental leave, and we're now looking for someone to step into the role on a fixed-term basis, with the parental leave period currently expected to run from November 2026 until approximately November 2027. You'll take full ownership of the role for the duration of the contract, expanding how we use our owned channels to generate leads and spark more sales dialogues, while working closely with the management and product teams to shape messaging and go-to-market activities. What you will do As Doctrin's Digital Marketing Manager (parental leave cover), you'll take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and campaigns, driving brand visibility, engagement, and business growth. You'll work across channels, optimizing content and campaigns while collaborating closely with sales, product, and management to align marketing with our broader goals. You'll: Lead and execute a data-driven digital strategy that boosts awareness and uncovers new growth opportunities. Create and manage compelling content across the website, social media, and other channels. Plan, run, and optimize campaigns, ensuring insights and leads flow seamlessly to sales. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide marketing content for sales materials, presentations, and campaigns. Contribute to PR, events, webinars, website updates, and other marketing activities. Continuously improve our marketing operations, staying on top of trends and best practices. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both strategy and hands-on execution, takes ownership from concept to delivery, and loves turning ideas into results — and who is comfortable stepping into an established role and hitting the ground running during the parental leave period. Experience and skills We're looking for someone with a solid marketing foundation and hands-on experience in digital channels. You have: A university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. +3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, including project management and content production/copywriting. Proven experience in developing and activating content strategies across multiple digital channels. Experience creating, executing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results. Analytical skills, able to track performance and adjust campaigns to improve outcomes. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues across teams. Merits/desirable Experience from a start-up or SaaS environment. B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech or healthcare. Experience as consultant in communication, PR, marketing. Skills in creative content production across formats such as film, photography, or digital assets. Experience leveraging tools such as Upsales CRM for effective campaign management.
