Yellow Pages is looking for
driven and resilient sales professionals
to join our high-performance inside sales team.
In this role, you will generate
new business through outbound cold calling
, helping Canadian small and medium-sized businesses grow through Yellow Pages’ digital marketing solutions.
This is a
pure acquisition sales role focused on opening new accounts
. There is
no account management
— your success comes from identifying opportunities, engaging business owners, and closing new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new SMB clients through
high-volume outbound cold calling
Conduct
100+ outbound calls per day
to generate new opportunities
Present and sell
Yellow Pages digital marketing solutions
(online advertising, lead generation, etc.)
Overcome objections, negotiate, and
close new business
Consistently
meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Work independently in a
remote sales environment
Build strong product knowledge through
ongoing coaching and training
Compensation & Earnings Potential
Yellow Pages offers a
pay-for-performance compensation model
designed to reward results.
Uncapped commission
On-target earnings:
$55,000 – $70,000
Top performers earn
$90,000 – $120,000+
$35,000 base salary
Quarterly and annual performance incentives
