Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in New Cairo with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and other online channels to grow brand awareness and generate leads. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling content, managing social media accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on data insights. The specialist will analyze web analytics, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to support decision-making. Collaboration with design, sales, and product teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, engage audiences, and grow online communities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to interpret data, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and create clear, engaging messages.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing tools) is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally in consumer products or related industries, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
