Role Purpose

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting business growth by strengthening client relationships, generating qualified business opportunities, conducting market research, coordinating marketing and business development activities, and supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives. The role contributes to enhancing the company’s market presence, improving customer engagement, and achieving business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries professionally, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify business leads through various marketing channels.
• Manage and maintain customer and prospect information using CRM systems.
• Coordinate meetings, company presentations, and follow-up activities with clients and business partners.
• Support the preparation of company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials in coordination with relevant departments.
• Oversee the company’s digital presence and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Support the Chief Development Officer (CDO) in executing marketing and business development initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports, business presentations, and management dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze marketing performance, customer trends, and business opportunities, and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business development initiatives and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Customer Relations, or Lead Generation.
• Previous experience within an engineering consultancy, construction, project management, or professional services environment is preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
