Digital Marketing Specialist CEE

We are looking for a part time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support marketing activities across CEE region.

This role offers a diverse scope covering brand and performance marketing, website management, marketing projects, and ad-hoc initiatives supporting B2C or B2B sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and support CRM, email marketing and website operations.
• Ensure the proper and timely execution of responsibilities and projects assigned by the manager within the scope of the role.
• Support and deliver digital marketing activities in line with business objectives and priorities.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with other AXA Partners departments in accordance with company rules and procedures.
• Act in accordance with AXA Partners’ values and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Support a customer-oriented approach across digital activities and projects.
• Support of B2C or B2B sales activities through digital marketing initiatives
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in online/digital marketing
• Czech language at native level and English language proficiency at B2 level (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced PC skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and proactive approach
• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and data understanding (e.g. Google Analytics 4)
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
