About the Role

We are seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to develop, maintain, and support a centralized business application used to manage requests, workflows, data, documentation, reporting, and operational activities.

This is a hands-on technical role involving application development, system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, user support, and continuous improvement. The Business Solutions Specialist will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to translate operational needs into reliable, secure, and user-friendly application features.

A strong interest in AI and automation is essential. The ideal candidate is technically curious and eager to use AI-assisted development tools, workflow automation, and modern technologies to improve application functionality, development efficiency, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, and continuously improve application features, workflows, forms, dashboards, notifications, and administrative tools.
• Translate business and operational requirements into practical, secure, and user-friendly technical solutions.
• Maintain application data structures, business rules, user permissions, integrations, and system configurations.
• Develop and support connections with databases, APIs, reporting tools, and other business systems.
• Monitor application performance, availability, data quality, security, and operational reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve application errors, data issues, performance concerns, and user-reported problems.
• Provide timely technical support to internal users, project teams, and authorized client stakeholders.
• Perform quality assurance, release validation, and regression testing for new features, system changes, upgrades, and deployments.
• Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, support procedures, release notes, and user guidance.
• Participate in project meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and status updates with business stakeholders and U.S.-based teams.
• Follow established development, security, data-governance, and change-management practices.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in application development, software support, systems implementation, or a related technical role.
• Experience developing, configuring, or maintaining web-based business applications.
• Working knowledge of databases, data structures, and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, workflow automation, or application configuration.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, issue tracking, version control, and release-management practices.
• Experience with reporting and data-visualization tools, such as Power BI, is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application development practices is preferred.
• Experience supporting applications used for operational, regulatory, governance, or client-reporting processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and communicate solutions to technical and nontechnical users.
• Interest in AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to learn new technologies, platforms, and business processes quickly.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings and collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
• Organized, dependable, proactive, and attentive to detail.
