Role: Digital Product Owner-AI & Chatbot

Location: Malmö, Sweden (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 23 November 2026 – 30 April 2027

Workload: 40 hours per week.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner – AI & Chatbot to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Lead customer discovery and translate business needs into product priorities.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritization.
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and product outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in digital product management and development.
• Proven ownership of digital products.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven products, chatbots, or Conversational AI.
• Expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
• Experience with KPIs, OKRs, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
