Digital Workplace Specialist - M365, Purview, Automation & AI

As a Digital Workplace Specialist with focus on M365, Purview, Automation & AI, you will play a key in strengthen the continuous development of Microsoft’s digital workplace services at If.

About the team

In this role, you will be a key specialist for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview. You will drive and support initiatives across data classification, information protection and information governance, helping If translate business, compliance and user needs into scalable digital workplace solutions.

You will work closely with IT Security Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders to shape governance solutions that balance security, regulatory requirements and usability.

You will identify and implement automation opportunities using technologies such as PowerShell and agentic solutions, reducing manual work and improving employee productivity and operational efficiency.

You will also support the responsible adoption and governance of AI capabilities, including Microsoft Co-pilot, and help turn emerging technology into sustainable value for employees and the organization.

As part of the role, you will analyze service usage and employee feedback, contribute to platform strategy and roadmap planning, and continuously improve the security, scalability and employee experience of our Microsoft 365 services.

The Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team works to create the best possible digital working day for all employees at If. We operate at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business needs, with a clear focus on maximizing the value of our investments in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration and productivity platforms.

Team Responsibilities:

The team is responsible for key components of the digital workplace, including collaboration platforms, Copilot, intranet, and digital tools that support efficient knowledge sharing, collaboration, and automation across the organization.

We work closely with both IT functions and the business, combining strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of user needs and everyday work processes. Our work spans from operating and developing platforms to analyzing usage patterns, identifying improvement opportunities, and turning insights into concrete initiatives that make a real difference in employees’ daily work.
