3. Events and Industry Presence
- Own the dealer event portfolio, including national conferences, regional dealer meetings, executive roundtables, webinars, private demonstrations, and partner events.

4. Brand Building and Thought Leadership
- Develop a distinct dealer-market narrative for Cerence that connects AI and voice technology to measurable dealership outcomes.
- Create dealer-facing content including executive articles, point-of-view papers, webinars, videos, solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Build relationships with automotive retail media, dealer associations, influencers, and event organizers in coordination with Corporate Communications.
- Increase Cerence's share of relevant dealer conversations while maintaining consistent corporate brand standards.

5. Partner and Ecosystem Marketing
- Develop joint go-to-market programs with dealer technology providers, automotive agencies, associations, OEM-affiliated programs, and channel partners.
- Create co-marketing plans with clear target audiences, campaign responsibilities, lead-sharing processes, brand controls, and pipeline goals.
- Identify ecosystem relationships that improve market credibility, access to dealers, solution integration, and opportunity creation.
- Measure partner-generated engagement, qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
6. Customer Advocacy and Market Proof
