Director, Grid Reliability & Modernization

Learn more at www.esource.com How you’ll help: Participate in full-cycle sales development, including nurturing leads and opportunities and closing final sales Collaborate across business units and with subject-matter experts to maximize sales effectiveness Navigate a complex sales environment, handling multiple opportunities at the same time Lead executive-level conversations about E Source solutions What will make you a great fit At least seven years of professional experience Proficiency with complex sales-cycle, solution, and product selling; a combination of the three is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system Experience working with electric, gas, or water utilities Familiarity with how electric utilities can leverage data science to better engage with their customers and drive increased value from grid investments A bachelor’s degree or work-related experience What you can expect: Excellent insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision plans; company-paid life insurance; company-paid long- and short-term disability insurance; and medical and dependent-care flexible spending plans. This role has a base salary of $135,000–$160,000 and an on‑target earnings (OTE) range of $300,000–$350,000 , based on base salary plus commission. Commission is uncapped, so earnings can exceed OTE based on performance. This role is 100% remote. Travel is anywhere between 25-40%. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
