Roles and Responsibilities Include:
- Build, maintain, actively engage with and grow network of contacts in the market. Utilize and regularly update the Salesforce Engage database as central CRM tool for reporting and forecasting activities.
- Support preparation of marketing, business development and transaction pitch and execution materials.
- Source new clients and close business using the full resources of the firm resulting in additional Revenue and profit for C&W.
- Play an active role in the Investment Sales team joining regular meetings, collaborating on market intelligence and working together to source and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate and communicate well with Investment Sales colleagues on business development activities and transaction execution through successful closing of transactions.
- Provide leadership and support to our teams in Japan concerning the global Capital Markets landscape and best practice.
- Work as a team player seeking to cross-sell opportunities across the business introducing other Service Lines to existing and prospective clients wherever possible.
- Achieve Annual Performance Plan annually developed and agreed upon with Direct and Matrix reports. KPI’s to include achieving Investment Sales team and personal Revenue targets and other key criteria agreed upon based on responsibilities above.
- Work with reports and Country Head to develop Investment Sales growth plan for Japan.
- Work with regional and global C&W Capital Markets colleagues to source and win new inbound Investment Sales opportunities.
- Source new clients and close business using the full resources of the firm resulting in additional revenue and profit for the firm.
