Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a Director, IT Service Delivery & Compliance to join our team as we drive the energy transition. Shell Recharge Solutions is looking for a Director, IT Service Delivery & Compliance to join our team and be responsible for analyzing current IT systems and assets, recommending, and implementing solutions and upgrades, and leading the development, management, and monitoring of SRS’ global compliance of privacy-related obligations and activities. Architectural security, operational controls and certification are all critical to our success and you will play a central role across our engineering team, customers, partners, and our community. What you’ll do: Lead Global IT, Security, and Compliance with end-to-end ownership of infrastructure, cyber, and governance Act as escalation point for cyber incidents, vulnerabilities, and enterprise risk events Lead and manage IT Ops, Cyber Security, and Compliance teams across regions Own enterprise IT operations (infrastructure, endpoints, enterprise apps, workplace tech) across all locations Define and execute IT and Security strategy aligned to business and risk priorities Own Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework, including control design, implementation, and assurance Lead ISO 27001 certification and recertification (control ownership, audit readiness, external audits) Own PCI DSS compliance program, including audits, remediation, and ongoing control validation Drive control maturity, audit readiness, and compliance posture across production and SDLC environments Lead customer, regulator, and vendor security audits and risk assessments; track and remediate findings Act as primary interface with Shell Security, Risk, and Compliance teams; ensure alignment to Group frameworks Own implementation and operation of Shell Control Framework, Ethics & Compliance, and Risk Management Own disaster recovery and business continuity strategy, testing, and resilience planning Drive vulnerability management and remediation across infrastructure and applications Engage senior stakeholders to align technology, risk, and compliance priorities Enforce secure-by-design principles across systems, applications, and infrastructure Evaluate and implement security technologies to strengthen detection, prevention, and response Drive security and compliance culture through policy, governance, and standards What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 15+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certification requirements Works independently and with management on high visible, divisional/cross-divisional projects. Strong oral and written communication skills with ability clearly communicate complex concepts in simple terms for key stakeholders.
