Senior Siebel Developer
Summary
We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Siebel Developer to lead the design, construction, and maintenance of robust Siebel CRM solutions. With a minimum of a decade of specialized experience, the ideal candidate will manage critical configuration, scripting, and workflow processes (CSW), alongside Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) functions. This position demands ownership of technical delivery, the resolution of intricate system challenges, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, quality assurance teams, and integration specialists to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
- Configure essential repository objects, including business components, business objects, applets, views, screens, and user properties within the Siebel environment.
- Create, update, and sustain Siebel workflows, business services, eScript logic, and validation rules to support business processes.
- Architect and resolve inbound and outbound integration points utilizing EAI, integration objects, data maps, SOAP/REST services, XML, and JSON formats.
- Oversee EIM data loading strategies, including the execution of IFB files, updates, exports, and migration tasks, while investigating batch failures and ensuring data reconciliation.
- Generate technical design documentation and effort projections, conduct thorough code reviews, and facilitate deployments throughout the entire SDLC lifecycle.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application performance, integration errors, and system issues by leveraging Siebel logs and Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries.
- Provide mentorship to development team members and coordinate with QA analysts, business stakeholders, and external system partners to address defects and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
- Possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development, demonstrating advanced proficiency in CSW, EAI, and EIM technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive expertise in Siebel Tools or Web Tools, Workspaces, the underlying Siebel data model, workflow mechanisms, business services, and eScript programming.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in designing resilient integration solutions, covering service setup, data transformation, error management, and diagnostic procedures.
- Exhibit practical capability in EIM operations, including data mapping, IFB configuration, batch job execution, performance optimization, and error remediation.
- Hold strong technical skills in Oracle SQL and PLSQL, with a background in supporting release management and production support activities.
- Display the ability to articulate technical strategies clearly and independently manage complex development initiatives.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with familiarity in Siebel IP20.x or newer versions, specifically within the telecom CRM sector, order management systems, product configuration, and Open UI technologies will be considered advantageous.
