岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities

1. 全球支付产品战略与规划 / Global Payment Product Strategy

负责全球支付产品体系的整体战略规划、产品架构设计及业务落地，统一管理 Fiat（法币）、P2P、PSP（支付服务商）及 Card Payments（卡支付）等核心业务方向，推动支付产品体系的平台化、一体化与全球化发展。

Own the overall strategy, product architecture, and execution of global payment products, covering Fiat, P2P, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and Card Payments. Drive the development of an integrated, scalable, and globally accessible payment ecosystem.

2. 0-1 支付体系建设 / End-to-End Product Development (0 to 1)

主导支付产品体系从 0 到 1 的规划与建设，整合不同支付方式、渠道及业务场景，构建统一的支付基础设施与产品能力，支持全球业务的持续扩展。

Lead the end-to-end development of payment products from 0 to 1, integrating multiple payment methods, channels, and business scenarios into a unified payment infrastructure to support global business expansion.

3. 法币与 P2P 产品管理 / Fiat & P2P Products

负责法币出入金、P2P 交易等核心产品的规划与优化，持续提升支付成功率、交易转化率、资金流转效率及用户体验。

Lead product development and optimization for fiat on/off-ramp and P2P payment solutions, improving payment success rates, transaction conversion, operational efficiency, and user experience.

4. PSP 与支付渠道整合 / PSP & Payment Channel Integration

推动全球第三方支付服务商、银行及本地支付渠道的产品接入与整合，建设统一的支付路由、渠道管理、交易处理及对账能力。

Drive the integration of global PSPs, banking partners, and local payment methods. Develop unified capabilities for payment routing, channel management, transaction processing, and reconciliation.

5. 卡支付产品建设 / Card Payment Products

负责卡支付相关产品能力建设，涵盖银行卡支付、收单、发卡及相关交易流程，推动卡支付与其他支付产品的深度整合。

Oversee card payment product capabilities, including card acceptance, acquiring, issuing, and related transaction flows. Ensure seamless integration with the broader payment ecosystem.

6. 全球化业务与跨团队协作 / Global Expansion & Cross-functional Leadership

结合不同市场的支付习惯、监管环境及业务需求，推动全球化支付产品落地。与研发、风控、合规、财务及业务团队紧密合作，确保产品高质量交付与持续增长。

Drive payment product expansion across global markets, adapting to local payment preferences, regulatory requirements, and business needs. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery and sustainable growth.

任职要求 / Qualifications

1. 工作经验 / Professional Experience

本科及以上学历，8 年以上支付、金融科技、互联网金融或相关领域产品管理经验，具备支付产品团队管理及复杂项目交付经验。

Bachelor's degree or above with 8+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or related industries. Proven experience leading product teams and delivering complex payment initiatives.

2. 0-1 产品建设能力 / 0-to-1 Product Building Experience

具备从 0 到 1 搭建支付产品体系的成功经验，能够独立完成产品战略制定、架构设计、业务整合及规模化落地。

Proven track record of building payment products or platforms from scratch (0 to 1), including product strategy, architecture design, business integration, and scalable execution.

3. 综合支付业务经验 / Comprehensive Payment Domain Expertise

深入理解 Fiat、P2P、PSP、Card Payments 等核心支付领域，具备多支付产品整合经验，能够从全局视角规划统一支付产品体系。

Strong understanding of Fiat, P2P, PSP integrations, and Card Payments, with hands-on experience integrating multiple payment products into a unified ecosystem.

4. 支付全链路理解 / End-to-End Payment Knowledge

熟悉支付渠道接入、支付路由、交易处理、资金流转、清结算、对账、退款、拒付及风险控制等关键业务流程。

In-depth knowledge of payment channel integrations, payment routing, transaction processing, fund flows, clearing and settlement, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and risk management.

5. 全球化支付经验 / Global Payments Experience

具备国际支付或跨境支付产品经验，熟悉全球支付生态、银行合作、第三方支付服务商及不同市场的本地支付方式。

Experience in international or cross-border payments, with a strong understanding of global payment ecosystems, banking partnerships, PSPs, and local payment methods.

6. 领导力与执行力 / Leadership & Execution

具备优秀的产品战略规划、团队管理、跨部门协作及复杂项目推动能力，能够在快速变化的国际化环境中推动业务落地。

Excellent strategic thinking, product leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities. Ability to drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

7. 英语能力 / Language Skills

具备良好的英文沟通能力，能够在全球化团队中开展日常协作。

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

• 具有头部数字资产交易平台、全球支付机构或金融科技公司的支付产品管理经验。
• Experience in leading digital asset platforms, global payment providers, or fintech companies.
• 曾主导统一支付平台、支付中台、支付网关或多支付产品整合项目。
• Experience building unified payment platforms, payment gateways, or payment orchestration solutions.
• 熟悉 Visa、Mastercard 等国际卡组织及相关支付生态。
• Familiarity with international card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard.
• 具备多个国家或地区的支付产品落地及本地化经验。
• Proven experience launching and localizing payment products across multiple countries or regions.
• 具备从 0 到 1 搭建产品团队、推动业务规模化发展的经验。
• Experience building product teams from scratch and scaling payment products globally.
