  • Lead a Global Analytics Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing global team of data strategists and analysts, providing strategic direction, hands-on guidance, and opportunities for talent growth.
  • Drive Business Performance Intelligence: Monitor and analyze business performance to identify emerging trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable levers for Marketing, including early indicators of pipeline performance and opportunities to improve business outcomes.
  • Define Marketing Measurement & Attribution Strategy: Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to establish measurement principles, KPIs, conversion definitions, attribution methodologies and windows, incrementality approaches, and other frameworks for evaluating marketing effectiveness and connecting marketing investment to customer and commercial outcomes.

  • Establish Analytics-Ready Data Foundations: Define the business and analytical requirements for foundational marketing data structures, including data models, taxonomies, event structures, identity resolution, campaign hierarchies, and governance required to reliably connect marketing activity with customer and business outcomes.
  • Advance AI-Powered Analytics & Decisioning: Partner across Data Engineering, Data Science, Enterprise AI/ML, Marketing Technology, and Marketing to build scalable, governed capabilities that enable AI agents to generate insights, identify opportunities, recommend and optimize decisions, and orchestrate marketing actions with appropriate human oversight.
  • Drive Adoption & Executive Decision Support: Translate complex analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations, enabling leaders to understand what happened, why it happened, what is likely to happen next, and what actions should be taken.
