- Executive leadership role influencing outcomes across a critical state scheme

- Full-time, three-year contract opportunity with an attractive executive remuneration package
Let's get straight to the details...
The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) is entering an important phase of maturity and growth. We are seeking an accomplished executive leader to shape the future direction of the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) and ensure participants continue to receive high-quality, sustainable and person-centred support.
As Director Services, you will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for providing strategic leadership across the Authority's service system. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Executive colleagues, Board and external stakeholders, you will influence the future design, performance and sustainability of services that support participants with serious lifelong injuries.
This role extends beyond operational leadership. You will bring a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges, identifying emerging trends, opportunities and risks across the health, disability and care sectors. Drawing on strong partnerships and market influence, you will help shape a service ecosystem that delivers exceptional participant outcomes today while positioning the Scheme for the future.
You will lead the development and execution of strategic priorities, drive organisational performance, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. Through your leadership, the Services Directorate will continue to evolve as a high-performing and trusted contributor to the Authority's broader purpose.
