About the Job
As a District Manager you will drive revenue and EBIT by achieving and exceeding KPIs for a cluster of stores through a strong business-owner mindset. You will build, develop and lead by example a high-performing team of Store Managers, ensuring the achievement of business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Travelling to stores and store visits are an essential part of the role. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in stores and 20% in the office, providing direct support to store teams and driving operational excellence across the district.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Languages: Fluent Czech and English are required. Communicative Polish will be considered a strong asset.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, assess and lead Store Managers, providing direct and continuous feedback to managers and store teams.
- Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and consistently applied across all stores.
- Support Store Managers in payroll management and staff scheduling optimization to improve productivity and labor efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with key business partners across the cluster to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness.
- Act as a Levi’s® Brand Ambassador and equip store teams with the training and knowledge necessary to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Analyze, drive and monitor store performance, KPIs and business results, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Supervise the consistent implementation of company processes, guidelines and tools required to meet operational standards.
- Ensure appropriate stock coverage across stores and provide feedback to relevant teams regarding inventory requirements.
- Identify business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability while implementing action plans to capitalize on growth drivers and minimize losses.
- Drive adherence to visual merchandising standards and guidelines, ensuring stores consistently represent the Levi’s® brand while responding to local business needs.
- Ensure a premium shopping experience by reinforcing service expectations and embedding Denim Leadership and all training programs across stores.
- Support the retail portfolio by optimizing, growing, opening, relocating or closing retail locations when applicable.
- Champion change management initiatives and create a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have been in a Store Management position for at least 3 years and can demonstrate strong leadership achievements and managerial experience.
Experience in managing both Factory Outlet and Mainline stores would be an advantage. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of positively impacting customer service, sales performance and the overall shopping experience through innovation and implementation of new ideas.
Dynamic leadership skills and previous experience in mentoring, developing and progressing store teams are essential. Strong people management skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical for success in this role.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret business data and reports.
- Strong organizational, planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and retail performance reporting.
- Fluent Czech and English language skills (mandatory).
- Communicative Polish language skills (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the district.

The expected starting salary range for this role is CZK 909,500 – CZK 1,212,700 gross per annum. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs.
