About the Job
As DEI Lead for international markets, you’ll help shape how inclusion, belonging and culture come to life across LS&Co.'s. Reporting to the Head of Diversity & Inclusion, you'll turn global priorities into practical, locally relevant solutions that strengthen our culture and employee experience.
You'll work across markets and functions, partnering with HR, business leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Legal and other teams to build programs, learning experiences and campaigns that can scale globally while remaining relevant locally.
Key responsibilities:
- Inclusion strategy, solutions and systems
- Translate D&I and culture priorities into practical programmes, campaigns and scalable solutions for different markets and employee populations.
- Use employee insights, data and emerging workforce trends to identify opportunities and strengthen our approach.
- Partner with Legal, Employee Relations and other experts to ensure programmes are appropriate for different markets and regulatory environments.
ERG strategy and community building
- Guide ERG strategy, governance and annual planning, helping our communities connect their work to LS&Co.'s culture and business.
- Coach ERG leaders and executive sponsors, strengthening leadership, succession and measurement.
Learning, capability building and culture activation
- Create engaging learning and experiences that strengthen inclusive leadership, cultural intelligence and belonging.
- Partner with Talent Development and Communications to embed inclusion into leadership development, talent practices and key employee moments.
- Develop campaigns, communications and toolkits that move employees from awareness to action.
Business partnership and global enablement
- Act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, translating business needs into practical inclusion and culture solutions.
- Adapt global approaches for different regions, cultures and employee groups while maintaining a consistent enterprise direction.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders across a complex international organisation.
Measurement and operational excellence
- Use employee listening, engagement data and other insights to understand impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, Privacy and Communications on effective and responsible programme delivery.
- Provide clear updates, insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
About You
- 7+ years' experience across diversity and inclusion, culture, employee experience, organisational development, learning, HR or change management.
- Experience developing and delivering inclusion, culture or employee engagement initiatives within a complex organisation.
- Experience partnering with HR, senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working across countries and cultures, balancing global direction with local relevance.
- An understanding of ERGs, inclusive leadership, learning or culture programmes.
- Confidence using employee listening and data to measure impact and inform decisions.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in the following areas would also be valuable:
- Working across different employee populations, such as corporate, retail, distribution or manufacturing environments.
- Learning, leadership development, organisational development or performance consulting.
- Developing communications and programmes for multicultural or multilingual audiences.
- Familiarity with survey, learning and collaboration technologies, and the responsible use of people data and AI-enabled tools.
This is a hybrid position and can be based in our London or Brussels office. Employees are expected to spend a minimum of three days per week working in person, whether from the office or in the market, with flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week.
Compensation
The expected starting salary range for this role is:
- UK: £64,500 - £86,000 gross per annum
- Belgium: €90,000 - €121,000 gross per annum
