Job Description Position Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Domo experience to join a growing, fully remote team. This is a client-facing role focused on building dashboards, managing data flows, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring high data quality. You will work directly with clients—primarily law firms—helping them leverage data to operate more efficiently and make better business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and dataflows in Domo Design, manage, and validate ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and validation) Integrate data from legal case management systems (CMS) and other business tools Lead client meetings to gather requirements and present insights Translate operational workflows and case lifecycle stages into clear reporting structures Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within datasets Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting Maintain documentation and provide ongoing client support Requirements Requirements: 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence Experience working with law firms or legal operations Strong hands-on experience with Domo (MANDATORY) Proficiency in SQL and data transformation Experience with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos, CloudLex, or HubSpot Previous experience in client-facing roles Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities or clients
