Dutch Speaking - Content Moderation in Malta

Key Responsibilities: Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to guidelines. Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations of community policies. Maintain detailed reports on moderation actions taken. Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and policies regarding content moderation. Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing guidelines.
