Promote the company's services and encourage clients to embrace sustainable energy solutions. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy or environmental sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
