Educate customers about the features and benefits of different services to enhance their overall satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, company updates, and product offerings. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for ongoing service improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and fulfill customer needs effectively. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Enthusiasm for the telecommunications industry and a desire to assist customers effectively.
