E-commerce Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, Remote) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: E-commerce About the Role We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online marketing efforts and drive consistent growth across multiple digital channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and can manage everything from paid advertising to email marketing and SEO. Key Responsibilities Optimize and manage the Shopify store to improve user experience and conversions. Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Attentive (or similar platforms such as Klaviyo). Manage and grow social media channels with engaging content and campaigns. Implement ongoing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Monitor website performance, campaign results, and key marketing metrics. Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. Requirements 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. Strong hands-on experience with Shopify . Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads . Experience with Attentive , Klaviyo , or another email marketing platform. Good understanding of SEO best practices. Experience managing social media for an e-commerce brand. Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Nice to Have Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO). Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools. Experience working with Australian or international e-commerce brands.
