E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist (Freelance)

About the Role

Kybele Studio is a Luxembourg-based jewellery brand expanding across international marketplaces.

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage product listings, catalogue updates, and marketplace operations across platforms including Shopify, Tradebyte, and Mirakl.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Manage product data, SKUs, EANs, attributes, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Handle bulk product uploads and catalogue updates using Excel/CSV.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, product mapping, and data inconsistencies.
• Support new product launches and marketplace onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external marketplace partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce product listing and catalogue management.
• Strong Shopify knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel/CSV, including bulk data management.
• Understanding of product attributes, SKUs, EANs, and marketplace requirements.
• Experience with Tradebyte (TB.One) or Mirakl is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.
• Availability during CET/CEST business hours.
