We are hiring for an E-commerce Specialist to manage our online sales and product listings across multiple marketplaces. You’ll optimize content for visibility, ensure accurate inventory, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage Online Sales: Oversee the company's e-commerce presence, which includes third-party marketplaces.
Optimize Product Listings: Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility.
SEO and Content Management: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
Customer Engagement:Remotely address customer inquiries and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and pricing across all platforms to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: General sense of e-commerce business or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g.,Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Whatnot ) and other e-commerce platforms as specified.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to problem solve and settle disputes with customers and manage e-commerce platforms. Also keep up with changes to e-commerce platforms and make adjustments as needed.
