Role and Responsibilities: Product Management: Upload, update, and manage product listings on various platforms. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through various channels (email, chat, etc.). Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements: Proven experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
