Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position The Position: Servicing accounts of mostly small group accounts Take immediate action to resolve client issues, determining and assigning tasks to the support team as needed. Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism Regularly review and analyze insurance carrier claims and utilization data to identify trends, create reports, and present them to clients, addressing questions as needed.
