Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Store Manager to oversee our Amazon store, with additional responsibilities for eBay and Walmart platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on listing health, inventory management, and customer relations, with a proactive approach to optimizing our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Listing Management: Ensure optimal listing health across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Regularly update product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates. Brand & Content Updates: Create and manage A+ content for brand differentiation. Develop and implement meta tags and keyword strategies for improved search rankings. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Customer Management: Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels. Manage and respond to product reviews, encouraging positive feedback. Reporting: Analyze sales performance and generate reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in eCommerce management, particularly on Amazon. Familiarity with eBay and Walmart is a plus. Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and content creation. Software & Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Outlook. Experience with Helium10 for keyword research and listing optimization. Basic knowledge of Canva for graphic design is required; proficiency in Photoshop is a plus. Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and customer service skills.
