EcoSys / Unifier Implementation Consultant

Gaea Global Technologies, now an Argano Company, is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join our LATAM or US based team; specifically, looking for candidates in the Pacific Time zone of the USA, Mexico, Central and/or South America. The position is to perform End-to-End EcoSys AND Unifier Implementations, and candidates MUST possess expertise in both programs. Consultant represents the organization and manages a professional relationship with both internal and external team members. Work will be performed from your home-based office and is 100% remote. Any necessary tools and/or equipment will be provided. Resumes from candidates interested in other global regions welcome. Required Skills and Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an Implementation Consultant role; specifically with Oracle Unifier and EcoSys. At least one of these is a must, both preferred. Provide on demand reports using Excel or similar software systems. Must be comfortable in a client-facing environment and provide continual guidance during configurations and implementations. Candidates outside of the US must be bilingual in Spanish and English; both written and spoken. Coordinating activities within the Gaea team and the client staff members. Requirements gathering. Understand gaps in processes and document them for future resolutions Set up meetings to update project status, issue resolutions etc. Coordinate travel and schedule meetings. Attend meetings and take meeting minutes notes. Desired Qualifications: 5+ years of proven end-to-end implementation experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Strong understanding of construction management, project controls processes and construction phases of project control management desired. Ability to understand and deliver Unifier and EcoSys analytical data reports. Travel Some domestic travel is expected during implementations but should not be significant.
