About Tech Revolt Tech Revolt is the GCC's independent technology newsroom, covering enterprise AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, startups, fintech and the sectors reshaping the region. We hold media partnerships with GITEX Global, Global AI Show Riyadh and GITEX AI Europe (Berlin), and are building a regional editorial base that reports on the technology stories that matter. We are a small team. Everyone here writes, ships and owns outcomes. The role We are hiring an Editorial Partnerships & Media Executive to strengthen Tech Revolt's editorial ecosystem through partnerships, newsletters and audience engagement, while contributing original editorial content across startups, fintech and crypto. This is a hybrid role. You will write daily, own the newsletter, and act as the operational bridge between our editorial team and our media partners. Focus allocation News & Feature Writing - 40% Newsletter - 20% Media Partnership Support - 25% Event, Interview & Video Partnerships - 15% Responsibilities Cover startups, fintech and crypto as a beat reporter. Produce daily news and feature stories to Tech Revolt's editorial standards. Publish the Tech Revolt newsletter on cadence, with original framing and analysis. Manage media partner deliverables end to end, including thought-leadership speaking opportunities. Support Tech Revolt IP events across planning, editorial and execution. Support media events on the ground when required, in the region and internationally. Coordinate interviews, video partnerships and speaker opportunities with the wider team. KPIs Content Publish or refurbish a minimum of 2 content pieces every day (original and PR-sourced). Newsletter Publish 2 newsletters every month. Partnerships Deliver all agreed media partner commitments in full and on time. Support the Managing Director on partnership growth and editorial positioning. What we are looking for 2 to 5 years of experience in tech journalism, business media, editorial or communications. Strong writing voice. Clean copy. Comfortable filing daily under deadline. Genuine interest in startups, fintech and crypto, with a working understanding of the regional and global landscape. Experience running or contributing to a newsletter, or the appetite to own one end to end. Comfort managing partner relationships and delivering against commitments. Highly organised. Self-directed. Able to hold multiple workstreams without dropping any. Nice to have Existing source network across GCC tech, fintech or startups. Experience covering or working alongside industry events.
