About the Role

Total School Solutions (TSS), a California-based international education consulting firm, is looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Coordinator to grow and manage our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms. You'll own our content strategy, craft copy that resonates with a professional audience aged 40–60, and work closely with our graphic designer and marketing team to build an engaged, organically growing following. What You'll Do

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with TSS's goals and audience
• Build and maintain a content calendar for consistent, engaging posting

Content Creation & Management

• Write compelling captions, ad copy, and posts tailored to a professional audience
• Generate content ideas across formats — articles, infographics, video scripts, and more
• Manage LinkedIn and other social channels, coordinating with our graphic designer on visuals

Growth & Optimization

• Use hashtag strategy, AI tools, and platform best practices to grow followers organically and expand reach
• Track education-industry trends and weave them into content

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools
• Turn data into actionable recommendations to improve content effectiveness

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 months–1 year of social media management or content writing experience preferred; strong, motivated freshers are welcome to apply
• Solid familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of social media tools and trends
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• An eye for what resonates with a professional audience
