eLearning & Training Content Designer

• Fully Remote – Ireland
• 11-Month Contract | Potential to Extend
• Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 pa

We’re hiring a Junior eLearning & Training Content Designer to join a small, collaborative training team within a leading global technology platform.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who enjoys creating engaging digital learning content and wants exposure to major system launches, new tools and global operational teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and create eLearning courses, training materials, onboarding content and assessments
• Develop clear, engaging training around new tools, systems and process launches
• Support the delivery of virtual training to operational and partner teams
• Work closely with subject-matter experts to turn complex processes into easy-to-understand learning
• Create materials that allow agents to practise new workflows before they go live
• Maintain and publish learning content through an LMS
• Support a busy training team through an exciting period of transformation

What we’re looking for:

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in eLearning, instructional design, training content or L&D
• Hands-on experience creating digital learning content
• Experience with Articulate 360/Rise, Storyline, Captivate or similar
• Exposure to an LMS such as Absorb, Workday Learning, Cornerstone or similar
• Some experience delivering training or presenting virtually
• Confident communicator who is comfortable working with different stakeholders
• Experience supporting a new system, tool or process launch would be a big advantage
