Arvenda is a staffing company connecting top LATAM talent with U.S.-based clients. We are recruiting a detail-oriented Electrical & Lighting Estimator to support a design and construction team on multi-family and apartment projects in the U.S. market.

You'll work on electrical and lighting estimates, support design and drafting tasks in Revit and AutoCAD, and collaborate with internal teams to keep projects accurate and on schedule.

Schedule: Full-time · Remote

What you'll do

• Prepare accurate electrical and lighting estimates for new construction projects
• Support design and drafting tasks using Revit and AutoCAD
• Assist in developing electrical layouts for multi-family and apartment buildings
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines
• Review project plans and specifications to support estimation processes

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD — 1–2 years preferred
• Experience in electrical or lighting estimation
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-family or residential construction projects
• Electrical design or electrical engineering background
• Knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, load calculations, and lighting calculations
