Electronics Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team in the engineering domain. In this role, you will focus on the development, execution, and documentation of advanced electronic circuit simulations and analyses, supporting product development with accurate modeling and simulation-driven design validation. You will also provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to engineering teams, ensuring continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and tools. Your tasks

• Performing and documenting advanced simulations and analyses of analog and digital electronic circuits
• Developing, validating, and maintaining simulation models for complex electronic components and systems
• Creating and optimizing scripts and automation tools to enhance modeling, simulation, and data analysis activities
• Owning and continuously improving simulation methodologies, standards, documentation, and tool-related resources
• Supporting engineering programs through simulation-driven design verification, troubleshooting, and risk assessment
• Acting as a technical expert for modeling and simulation activities across multiple projects
• Mentoring engineers and facilitating knowledge transfer within simulation and analysis disciplines
• Delivering technical training related to simulation tools, modeling techniques, and best practices
• Participating actively in design reviews and providing simulation-based recommendations for product development
• Investigating and resolving complex technical challenges using advanced simulation techniques
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Hardware Design, Validation, System Engineering, and Product Development
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic engineering or a related field
• Deep expertise in LTspice for circuit simulation and analysis
• Strong command of Hyperlynx for signal integrity and PCB analysis
• Hands-on mastery of Mentor Xpedition AMS for advanced modeling and simulation
• Intermediate level of English
• Residing in Poland required
