We run email for some of the biggest prop firms in the space. More top tier firms are coming on board, and we're looking for one more AM to join us as we strive to be the number one email agency for prop firms out there.

Telos Media runs email marketing for prop trading firms. Campaigns, flows, the full system. We're hiring an Account Manager to own 4 to 6 of those accounts day to day.

This is not a messenger role. You own every email from brief → copy → design → client approval → upload → test → schedule. You also build flows, chase approvals, run Monday updates and monthly reports, and lead client Slack and calls. You're the last line of defense before anything goes out.

What we're looking for:

Hands-on Klaviyo (Omnisend is fine to learn)

Obsessive QA: codes, dates, links, mobile

Strong English, written and on calls

Can run 4 to 6 accounts in Airtable + Slack without dropping balls

SAST hours (~9am to 6pm)

Nice to have: prop firm knowledge, HTML email tweaks, Figma, Zapier.

You'll thrive if you plan ahead, stay calm under pressure, and don't wait to be told. First month you shadow a current AM, then you take your own accounts.
