Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role Amazing Business Results is looking for a skilled and creative Email Marketing Expert and Social Media Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on email marketing, social media handling, and LinkedIn outreach to help grow our brand presence, strengthen client relationships, and support our marketing and outreach goals. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing Plan, create, and schedule email newsletters and automated sequences Write compelling copy that drives opens, clicks, and conversions Maintain list segmentation and ensure CRM accuracy Track performance such as open rates, CTR, and conversions Optimize campaigns using A/B testing and performance insights Follow best practices to maintain high deliverability and engagement Social Media Handling Create and manage daily content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice Engage with followers, respond to messages, and grow the audience Create graphics, reels, and short form content Stay updated with social media trends to keep content relevant LinkedIn Outreach Connect with targeted prospects and send personalized outreach messages Manage LinkedIn inbox, follow ups, and nurturing sequences Assist with posting and maintaining a strong LinkedIn presence Generate appointments through value based outreach Analytics and Optimization Analyze performance across email, social media, and outreach activities Prepare weekly and monthly insight reports Recommend improvements for higher engagement and conversions Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing Strong writing and communication skills Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, or similar Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Prior experience in outreach or lead generation is a plus Preferred Skills Basic video editing or graphic design experience Familiarity with CRM systems Understanding of automation workflows Knowledge of paid ads is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Growth opportunities within Amazing Business Results Flexible working environment Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team
