Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Email Marketing Specialist proficient in email marketing automation in Klaviyo. This role involves crafting effective email templates, implementing automated workflows, and rigorously analyzing performance to drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities: Utilize email marketing automation tools to build and manage email templates and create automated workflows. Implement email automation workflows to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Monitor key email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Analyze data to continuously optimize email campaigns for better engagement and results. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies aligned with business objectives. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing automation. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and design. Troubleshoot issues related to email deliverability or automation workflows. Qualifications: Experience with Klaviyo and proficiency in using email marketing automation tools. Ability to build and manage email templates. Proven experience creating and implementing email automation workflows. Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret email performance metrics. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
