Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing email marketing platforms and understands how to translate marketing goals into targeted, data-driven campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. This role is for a self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns, partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders, and ensure email communications are optimized, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The Email Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and support lead lifecycle initiatives. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for performance marketing are essential. This is a fully remote role. Responsibilities Develop, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and nurture programs, and events. Manage and optimize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for audience segmentation, list management, and campaign deployment. Collaborate with content, digital, and design teams to create compelling email content aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability metrics; provide actionable insights and recommendations. Create and maintain automated nurture programs and drip campaigns to support lead lifecycle and conversion goals. Ensure email campaigns follow best practices for deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and accessibility standards. Support A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and targeting approaches. Maintain data quality and segmentation accuracy within email lists; troubleshoot issues related to list hygiene and campaign deployment. Partner with Salesforce teams to ensure alignment between email campaigns, CRM data, and lead tracking. Document campaign processes, best practices, and workflows; provide support and training to marketing stakeholders as needed. Stay current on email marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, recommending improvements as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing. Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar email marketing platforms preferred. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability. Experience building and analyzing marketing campaigns, including reporting and performance optimization. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and lead lifecycle management processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with tools such as Marketing Cloud, Beefree, Figma, and Microsoft Office preferred. PAY RANGE CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
