Email Marketing Specialist - ROMANIA ONLY

We are eCommerce Today, an agency specialized in eCommerce Managed Services. We work with a variety of brands to help them grow and optimize their online presence through functionality development, SEO, ads, content creation, and more.

eCommerce Today is a Shopify Plus Partner agency, working with 50+ active clients across the US and Europe. We handle complex Shopify Plus implementations - from architecture and development to strategy and optimization - for international brands.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who understands eCommerce, loves data and strategy, and is excited about how AI is changing the way marketing is done.

What you’ll do

• Own email marketing strategy and execution for international eCommerce brands.
• Build and optimize newsletters, automations, segmentation, personalization, and testing.
• Analyze performance and turn data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, developers, and account managers.
• Use AI extensively for research, ideation, content creation, personalization, analysis, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Experiment with new AI tools and help us figure out how to use them intelligently, not just because they’re trendy.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in email marketing, ideally in eCommerce.
• Experience with Klaviyo, The Marketer, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, deliverability, and analytics.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong curiosity and ability to learn them quickly.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Bonus: Shopify, HTML/email coding, CRO, or marketing automation experience.
