  • Develop segmentation strategies to deliver targeted, personalized content to the right audiences.
  • Write email copy and work with designers on email template creation, ensuring mobile responsiveness and on-brand design.
  • Manage email list health - list cleaning, suppression management, and deliverability monitoring.
  • A/B test subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
  • Analyze and report on email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per email, unsubscribe rate).
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content, paid media, and product teams to align email with broader campaign strategies.
  • Stay current with email marketing best practices, deliverability guidelines, and platform updates.

  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, with hands-on platform experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience building and managing automated email flows and segmented campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling, conversion-focused email content.
  • Proficiency in email analytics and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Understanding of email deliverability principles and list management best practices.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Strong attention to detail - ability to QA emails thoroughly before deployment.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Experience with SMS marketing integration alongside email programs.
  • Knowledge of advanced segmentation and personalization techniques.
