Employee Communications Manager EMEA

I'm partnering with a leading global enterprise technology organisation to appoint a Principal-level employee communications leader for its EMEA team in Dublin. This is a rare opportunity to influence how nearly 5,000 employees understand the business strategy, connect with product and technology progress, and see their role in the organisation's regional ambitions.

You'll operate as a trusted adviser, culture champion and hands-on communications lead, shaping the narrative across Ireland and pan-EMEA while connecting internal engagement with executive platforms, market positioning and strategic partnerships. The scope is broad and visible: employee communications, executive counsel, integrated campaigns, change and crisis work, channel performance, leadership forums and major site events.

The Offer:

  • Role to begin on a 14-month contract
  • Competitive salary of 103,000 pa
  • Hybrid working from Dublin office
  • Opportunity to join a global brand who has won awards for the best place to work!

What You'll Lead

  • Build and deliver a pan-EMEA employee communications strategy aligned to commercial, product, technology and corporate priorities.
  • Advise senior leaders in Dublin, creating compelling narratives, briefings, presentations, talk tracks and executive LinkedIn content.
  • Localise global campaigns and create clear message continuity across regional and international communications teams.
  • Produce high-impact content across newsletters, town halls, video, intranet, email and leadership channels.
  • Establish meaningful communications measurement and reporting, using insight to strengthen reach, relevance and engagement.
  • Lead sensitive change communications and rapid-response crisis messaging with sound judgement and discretion.
  • Create communications strategies for leadership forums, major employee events and high-profile executive visits.
  • Help incubate regional programmes and build partnerships with universities and public-sector stakeholders in Ireland.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience across employee, corporate or integrated communications in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • A strong track record of translating business, go-to-market, product and technology priorities into communications that employees understand and act on.
  • Credibility with C-suite and senior leaders, backed by excellent executive writing, presentation development and social-media experience.
  • Confidence working across complex global and matrixed teams, balancing regional needs with global narratives and programmes.
  • Proven experience leading sensitive workplace, change and crisis communications.
  • Strong channel, analytics and measurement capability across intranet or CMS, email platforms and presentation tools.
  • Budget-management experience is advantageous.

Why Consider It?

This role offers genuine strategic reach. You'll be close to senior decision-makers, shape communications across a major international region and connect commercial direction with innovation, culture and employee experience. It will suit someone who enjoys setting the strategy, earning executive trust and staying close enough to the work to deliver with pace and precision.
