Working closely with employees, managers and People colleagues, the role manages core HR administration, employee queries, data and reporting while continuously improving processes, content and self-service solutions to make every interaction simple and effective.

Why this role matters;

A great employee experience starts with simple, reliable and accessible People processes. This role ensures employees and managers receive timely support, accurate information and easy-to-use services throughout the employee lifecycle. By improving processes, using automation and turning People data into meaningful insight, the role helps create brilliant foundations for an engaged and effective workforce.

What you’ll be here to do;

• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring accurate data and clear communications

• Manage and continuously improve employee and manager-facing HR content and self-service processes

• Respond to employee queries through People channels, identifying opportunities to simplify and automate recurring requests

• Produce People reporting and insight across areas including absence, hybrid working, surveys and performance activity

• Maintain accurate employee relations case information and support ER activity

• Support People Managers with relevant guidance, resources and regular engagement sessions

• Ensure employee data is managed accurately and appropriately across People processes

• Work closely with the wider People and Business Enablement teams to provide joined-up business support

• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and continuously improve the employee experience

Who we’re looking for;

• A strong customer service mindset with a genuine focus on employee experience

• Excellent administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-moving environment

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with People data and reporting

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels

• A proactive approach with the initiative to identify and implement improvements

• High levels of integrity and discretion when handling employee information

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems and tools

If you also have the following, we’d especially like to hear from you;

• Previous HR, People Operations or employee experience

• Exposure to employee lifecycle administration or employee relations processes

• Experience improving or automating administrative processes

• Experience producing HR data, dashboards or management information
