An award-winning national law firm is looking for a talented Employment Law Solicitor with at least 10 years' PQE to join its growing specialist team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, experienced solicitor who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and achieving positive outcomes.

The role focuses primarily on claimant employment law, supporting individuals, including professionals in regulated sectors, through complex and often challenging workplace matters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a varied employment law caseload from initial advice through to resolution.
• Advise and represent clients on workplace disputes, grievances, settlement agreements, and tribunal matters.
• Support professionals, including teachers, doctors, nurses, and others working in regulated industries.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and clear, practical advice.
• Negotiate effectively to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Work alongside experienced employment law specialists and contribute to the team's continued growth.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate and a minimum of 10 years' PQE.
• Strong experience handling employment law matters independently.
• Proven track record of achieving successful client outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Confident managing complex cases with professionalism and sound judgement.
• A genuine passion for employment law and advocating for clients.
