Defend single-plaintiff employment claims and handle wage and hour class actions and representative actions under California's Private Attorneys General Act.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions with employment diligence, executive compensation, and post-closing integration matters.
Originate client work and mentor associates as the practice grows.
What We're Looking For
8 to 20 years of California employment law experience, including employer-side counseling and litigation.
Active membership in the California State Bar and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
A verifiable portable book of business, with a target of at least $500,000, and a track record of client origination and business development.
First- or second-chair trial experience, or experience with class actions and PAGA matters.
Transactional experience and an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach to building a practice.
Experience in a reputable law firm environment is valued.
