Labor & Employment Partner (Environmental/OSHA)

About the Role

Join a labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental workplace safety. You will advise clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and matters involving the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

What You'll Do

• Help companies comply with environmental workplace safety regulations.

• Handle permitting matters and respond to EPA challenges.

• Build and serve a client practice through your portable book of business.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.

• Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.

• A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for consideration at the income partner level or approximately $1 million for consideration at the equity partner level.

• Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
