Employment Solicitor
HCB Solicitors- Running own case load of employment matters consisting of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employer and employee.
- Attend Employment Tribunals and Courts when required.
- Working together as team on more complex matters
- Adhering to AML processes
- Working with the employment team on Business development activities.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- High attention to detail
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Employment Law Solicitor
- Competent level of MS Office and Excel.
- Good organisational skills and ability to multi task
- Ability to make timely and well considered decisions
Pension – The Peoples Partnership, 3% employer and 5% employee contribution which can be increased. Auto enrolled after 3 months but can join sooner if you wish.
