What you will do You will lead initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will develop and implement strategies to expand our client base, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects and new revenue streams. You will take charge of the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final negotiation and deal closure. You will build and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates You will connect with industry professionals and prospective candidates. Who we are looking for Ideally you bring around a year of experience in sales or recruitment and a strong drive to succeed and excel in business development and sales. Your communication skills are top-notch in English, with additional proficiency in Dutch and/or German being a valuable asset. You are enthusiastic about further developing your expertise and ready to take on more responsibility within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. You excel in creating and maintaining professional relationships, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients and candidates.
