Job Title: Engagement Lead – P&C Insurance
Remote
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Lead to provide overall leadership for a strategic P&C insurance engagement. The role will serve as the primary interface between the client, Exavalu, platform partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment of business priorities, governance, and delivery across multiple programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive stakeholder management, engagement governance, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversee program planning, delivery, financials, resource management, and RAID management.
- Coordinate cross-vendor dependencies, integrated plans, release calendars, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Business Architecture, Solution/Integration Architecture, BA, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive timely decisions and business outcomes.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and alignment across multiple programs and teams.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge.
- Proven experience leading insurance platform implementations, modernization, and complex transformation programs.
- Experience managing multi-platform, multi-vendor engagements and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong program delivery, governance, financial management, and resource planning skills.
- Expertise in RAID management, dependency management, risk mitigation, and escalation resolution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
Preferred Skills
- Experience establishing scalable delivery models, governance frameworks, and reusable implementation processes.
- Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore teams.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across architecture, integration, business analysis, and QA.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
