Senior Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Anlayst

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst for our healthcare client in Southern California. This role will provide advanced build support, clinical workflow guidance, and technical leadership across EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart, with responsibilities split approximately 50/50 between the two applications. This is a direct hire, remote OR hybrid position, with relocation options available.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart build support, technical guidance, and mentorship to other analysts.
  

• Support In Basket configuration and message routing, scheduling tickets, decision trees, direct scheduling, and questionnaires.
  

• Lead and coordinate testing activities, validate analyst competencies, and maintain documentation standards.
  

• Serve as an escalation resource for build, documentation, testing, onboarding, and workflow questions.
  

• Support the full Epic implementation lifecycle, including Discover, Design, Build, Test, Train, Go-Live, and Transition to Support.
  

• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  

• Provide operational leadership and guidance during manager absences.
  

Required

• 4+ years of Epic experience, including hands-on Epic Ambulatory and MyChart build and configuration.
  

• Current Epic Ambulatory and MyChart certifications.
  

• Experience with In Basket and message routing, scheduling tickets, decision trees, direct scheduling, and questionnaires.
  

• Experience supporting testing, implementation, workflow optimization, and production support.
  

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor analysts and provide technical guidance.
  

Preferred

• Epic Hello World, Cadence, Users and Security, and SmartForms certifications.
  

• Experience with advanced Epic build, testing coordination, project leadership, and analyst competency validation.
