The Role
We are looking for AI Engineers at different experience levels to join our team developing LLM-powered automation solutions for the insurance and financial services sectors. The role involves building AI workflows, integrating LLMs with business processes and enterprise systems, and supporting solutions from development and testing to deployment and production maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered workflows using Python, LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI), and tools such as n8n.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and services using FastAPI.
• Design prompts, structured outputs, and fallback mechanisms, and contribute to RAG and agentic workflows.
• Test and improve AI solutions through UAT, troubleshooting, and production monitoring.
• Support integrations with internal systems, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, technical documentation, and solution design, depending on experience level.

Requirements
Junior AI Engineer (approximately 1 year of experience)

• Basic professional experience in software development or AI/ML; relevant internships and projects may be considered.
• Good foundational knowledge of Python, basic understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering, and familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
• Ability to implement and test individual components, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing solutions under guidance.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Mid-Level AI Engineer (2–3 years of experience)

• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience developing AI applications using LLM APIs.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, and tools such as FastAPI and n8n.
• Familiarity with RAG, agentic workflows, and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Ability to independently develop, test, integrate, and maintain AI solutions, including supporting UAT and production troubleshooting.

Senior AI Engineer (4–5 years of experience)

• Strong Python skills and proven experience delivering AI applications to production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, agentic workflows, and end-to-end solution development.
• Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and production troubleshooting, including performance and scalability issues.
• Ability to lead technical design, estimate implementation effort, collaborate with business stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.

Nice to Have: Experience with Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes, Salesforce, RPA, OCR and document processing, Docker, or the insurance and banking sectors.
